Paid sick days
So at my work there’s a sign that says under law you’re entitled to paid sick days determined by however many hours you work. But I’m wondering how that works because if I’m sick and I call out of work I obviously don’t get paid for that since I’m not clocking in. ?? And I know I don’t get paid because it doesn’t show up in my paycheck lmao
