Why do my lips..

My lips are constantly dry & I use all types of lip products & more. My room is dry, & house. I have a habit of biting & picking at my lips all day so then they turn red.. what could this be? I pick my lips daily & when I wake up I pick off dry skin all the time... is there anything to treat this?

Could be eczema. I have eczema and I get those dry flakes around my lips. Make sure you drink a lot of water and it will clear up.

Moisturize and then leave ur lips alone.

You may be iron deficient. My lips do the EXACT same thing if I don’t take my vitamins. It doesn’t matter how much water I drink or moisturizer I use. And try to avoid any lip balm with artificials or chemicals in them.

I use antibacterial ointment like bacitracin on mine when they get bad. I think it helps.

Coconut oil or honey and avoid biting your lips so much, that could be part of the problem.
