Help!!

Okay so I need some tips on losing weight I’m trying to lose 20 pounds. I’m 5’2 my weight ranges from 130-132 I use to be around 122-126 but not anymore :(

I want to weigh 110, which I believe is safe weight for me as long as I don’t go under 100.

I’ve tried the keto diet but I have low blood sugar and I get insane migraines from it. I did drop 10 pounds in a week from it but I was in pain. Any tips to make keto work while keeping my blood sugar up?

Or any exercising tips?

I started running yesterday.

Yesterday I went on a run twice, 1.5 each.

Today I ran for 2 miles.

Tomorrow depending on what time I wake up we’ll see.
