Idk how to feel. It wasn’t planned at all.

I got the positive two days before my period was due. March 22nd. I started bleeding on the day my period was due. The 24th. I wonder if I ovulated early?

Now Its the 25th and I am spotting. I’ve never had this with my other two pregnancies...so I’m a bit worried. I wonder if it’s because of my blood clots? I wonder if it’s implantation bleeding? I wonder if it’s a miscarriage? I hate the waiting game. It’s too early for anything. The ER said they didn’t see anything in my uterus yet. That sounds about right. With my daughter(who is 8 months now) I didn’t see a sac until 5 weeks. Well, all I can do is hope for the best. Which ever way this turns out, I hope I’ll be okay with it.
