What should I say?

My Dr office called me this morning while I was asleep and left me a message. She said "this is ..., your physician. Please call me back at ... "

I had an appointment last week with blood work and they are supposed to call me with any results.

I am going to call them back in a little bit, but what do I say when they answer the phone?

Please don't be rude. I'm socially awkward and have a hard time forming responses sometimes.
