Changing name after birth?

My daughter, Alexis is 4 months old. Recently I found out my husband has been cheating on me with a girl named Alexis. I cant say my daughters name without thinking of all the disgusting things my husband is done. Can I change my daughters name or is it too late?

If you absolutely loved the name and suggested it see if you can stick with it and don’t give it power.

It's definitely not too late! I totally don't judge at all, but I feel like if you change it he's winning in a sense! You picked out that cute name before you knew about the bad. It's still super fresh and time honestly heals! I don't even know you, but I'd hate for you to regret changing something that you loved so much at one point ❤️

No its not too late to change her name. But i would feel like her name is already a part of her. Youve been calling her alexis for 4 month now, and youve made a connection with the name. Thats just My opinion. 
But on another note, your ex is an asshole for cheating on you could have had the decency to help agree on another name other than that. But dont let it get to you girl!

I work in daycare and this lady changed her 1yo name 3 times. At birth he was named Giovanni, then at 6 months she changed it to max, then at 1 she changed it to bear
