Quitting smoking

I need some help I have been smoking for 10 years I can get a pack to last me 2 SOMETIMES 3 days but I need to quit but I have tried before and I only was able to make it to 2:00 in the day and i wanted to rip the world apart.

Any advice on how to manage the moodiness that comes with quitting smoking would be extremely appreciated

I have a 6 year old and I don’t want her to grow up thinking it’s ok to smoke.

I’m at the point now that the taste grossed me out It actually hurts now when I inhale the smoke and I can feel it harder to breathe after a smoke like someone is sitting on my chest
