Do you switch sides of the bed

Question

I saw an article about people freaking out bc a man said his wife and him do not have a set side of the bed to sleep on. Curious to others sleeping habits. My husband & I don’t have certain sides but he does prefer to be in the front further away from the heater if it is on.

At home I sleep on the outside . Our bed is a California king pushed up against the wall and I don’t  like feeling trapped between him and the wall and he doesn’t mind it , plus I usually go to bed after him so it’s easier for me to hop in if he’s already asleep . Also I like having the nightstand and chargers next to me , he always falls asleep and tells me to charge his phone if I remember . When we go to hotels I don’t mind what side I sleep on .

We switch it around mostly because the baby's crib is on one side and we take turns with her. But other than that I prefer the left near the fan and he prefers the right

We keep the same sides at night but after I get off work his side is my nap side😂

We have specific sides but we've switched before. Only reason being I'm the one who gets up with our children at night. So when my son was an infant and now my daughter I need to sleep on his side because it's not in the direct line of the air vent.  (I didn't want the heat/ac blowing right on the pack and play.)

Idk but I always sleep on other people beds to the right bc it usually on the wall but I sleep on my right bc of my dresser being there

The only time I switch sides is when my husband is gone, I tend to sleep on his side of the bed for whatever reason
