Sex the same day as HSG test?

Question

I had my HSG test today and doctor said it looks fine and my tubes aren’t blocked. Then he said “you can have sex right away. Just not in the hospital” lol he’s got sense of humour on him lol 
I feel ok and my ovulation test is positive so I want to have sex just in case, has anyone else had sex the same day as their HSG test? I think I’m worried about something bad happening to the egg or sperm but I also don’t want to miss another month trying.

Not same day, but same cycle. I did not feel like it after the test. But if you feel good, go for it;)

Was the HSG test painful? Has your doc shared what may be causing the challenge for you in terms of concieving? And, how long have you been TTC? Just curious as I assume this test may be in my near future if I'm unable to get pregnant...
