Stopping night feeds

When did you do this ? My baby keeps waking up throughout the night but he's 6 months and used to sleep amazing didn't have night feeds when he was newborn till 4 months and now he keeps waking up but I think it's due to teething not hunger ..the past week I've wasted 3 bottles during the night think that's why he's waking up but he will literally have an Oz of the first one and then scream to go back to sleep and then wake up an hour later and I make a fresh bottle and won't have non ...so I try again another hour or two later and he doesn't want non either he won't accept any milk until 9am so tonight I'm just going to try soothe him instead of feed any tips?
