Can you ovulate without a period?🤦‍♀️😭🤷‍♀️

I feel like I’m about to ask a really stupid question lmfao but I’m gonna go ahead and ask anyways please no judging I’m 23 and I have a 4 year old son. Can you ovulate without a period? I haven’t had one in almost 3 years because I was on the depo shot for 3 in a half years I got off about 7 months ago because I wanted to be able to have children in the future well since I haven’t had a period I don’t know when I’m ovulating or even if I can ovulate without a period? Lmfao I sound so dumb I know but like how the fuck do I know if I’m ovulating?🤦‍♀️
