irritated down there 😓

im unbelievably itchy down there with almost 0 discharge. it’s at the point where it’s hurting because i’ve itched so much. i wore a pair of underwear that i’ve been meaning to throw out because they’ve recently gotten a little snug on me and the itching started while wearing them...could too snug undies given me a yeast infection or something??
