My one month old had this pop up today. Is this normal diaper rash?

Have him looked at, normal nappy rash does not have white pimple type spots.

Not typical. Most diaper rashes do not have white heads. If it’s still there in a day or so I would get it checked.

It won't let me update for some reason but we took him in this morning and the Dr. says it is likely bacterial, not yeast so she prescribed an antibiotic for now. Thanks for the suggestions!

Looks like a yeast infection I would take baby to the pediatrician and they can prescribe you some anti fungal diaper cream

White bumps can mean yeast or some other skin infection. Take him to the dr. They’ll probably just give you a topical antifungal cream. This happened to my little one
