K so everything I read says this is ‘awesome while pregnant and breastfeeding’

Like numerous health benefits

I have heard nothing but awesome things from everyone who takes it that I know personally and via insta etc.

Even the website says it’s good.

But I went to buy it yesterday and read on the back ‘consult doctor is pregnant/breastfeeding’... like.. uhh. lol

I’m TTC and don’t want to waste my money if I (finally) fall pregnant and I’m not wasting my or my doctors time taking this to a doctor lol

Thoughts? Experiences?

Why wouldn’t this be safe ? 🤨🙁🙄
