Tired of feeling like this
Ladies I need help. I’m 16 weeks pregnant and feeling really down about how I look, this is my 4 pregnancy. Can you guys suggest some exercises to get my butt and thighs in shape? I’m overweight and I know losing weight during pregnancy isn’t recommended but I figure toning up will also help with labor
