In my opinion, you can think of it however you need to if it brings you comfort in this pregnancy. Some people probably wouldn’t think of it that way because they don’t feel like their abortion was a loss, for others the decision was more painful and so feels more similar to experiencing a miscarriage. There’s no right or wrong way to feel about an abortion or the pregnancy that comes after!

If you were actually hurt by having your abortion then I think it should count. I myself was forced into an abortion when I didn't want to have one at all but I had no choice in the matter and it deeply effected me. I would understand in a circumstance such as that one but if your like most of these girls and just go having careless unprotected sex and not carring cause you can just get an abortion and get rid of it then no it should not count.
