I’m 4 foot 7 and my chest has always been big.

I’ve had back problems for years but the bigger they get the harder it is to get through the day without my back burning so much. I’ve tried different support bras, minimizers, back support bands, everything and I’m just over it at this point.

I’m only 22 and so sick of having to go to a large or x large top to fit my chest when I’m so short they become unflattering on me because of the proportions.

I am genuinely wanting to consider a breast reduction and a lift since they’re very saggy. It’s honestly embarrassing to look at myself without a bra. And painful not to wear one.

Any advice or experiences to share? What do I need to research and know before finding a doctor?

Is it expensive?
