Skipping Periods

Hey All! My gynecologist diagnosed me with endometriosis recently and suggested I skip periods using birth control. Does anyone know any good ways to track ovulation while doing this (preferably using this app)? I like this idea and it’s worked pretty well, but I’m recently sexually active and I just want to make sure I’m safe.
