Constipation?

Does anyone know what to do for severe constipation in early pregnancy? Is anything safe to take that can help.

This was literally me this past Saturday. I almost made my husband take me to the hospital I was in so much pain trying to poop. What ended up helping me was drinking Smooth Move Tea, eating a handful of prunes and drinking a ton of water. Then walking around the house running my stomach. Squatting in the bathroom. It took all day and at one point thought I was going to pass out on the toilet. Gotta love pregnancy constipation!!

Zofran is making me constipated and if I finally do go it’s like bunny pellets sorry tmi.  I was going everyday before the zofran.

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veg. Did I mention drink lots of water?
