Gallbladder removal and late period

Hi. I had my gallbladder removed eight days before period was due. I am now 3 days late. We had multiple session 2-3 days before ov day btw. I don't feel like a period is coming or any pregnant symptoms either. I didn't have much major pain after this surgery but I did have an allergic reaction to the bandages. Anyone with delayed period due to abdominal surgery? Or know anyone who's period was not delayed? If delayed, when did af decide to show up?
