Good baby formula recommendation for constipation?

My girl has had constipation issues since she was a newborn. She's 8 months now & I can't believe we still haven't found the formula for her. We thought she may of had a lactose intolerance so her doctor put her on nutramigen. We were also mixing with baby magic tea & getting her adjusted every week which kept her regular. Even after we stopped the tea(she had colic so when that went away, we stopped the tea) the adjustments still kept her regular. So her Dad is cheap & doesn't think adjustments are important & decided to stop them. He makes the money, I stay home w/no income. The week the adjustments stopped, so did her pooping. He still won't continue her adjustments & gives the money excuse. So I suggested trying a different formula since this one obviously constipates her. We've tried Enfamil gentlease & Gerber soothe with no luck. I'm lost on which formula would be good for her. The lactose doesn't seem to be an issue(if it ever was) Can anyone tell me what the best formula for constipation is?? I'm thinking of trying Enfamil reguline next. I want to get her adjusted but he just fights me on it & it makes me so angry he doesn't see how much it helps her!😓 Also the past 2 nights, she hasn't been too interested in drinking her bottles.
