Babysitter put baby to bed?

When you have someone babysit your little one at night, do you have them follow your routine and put them to bed? My husband and I want to do a date night and we used to just have the grandparents give our son a bottle and then stay up with him downstairs. He was always really chill anyway and then we'd put him to bed when we got home (never too late, like 10pm maybe). But now he's 5 months old and a little more on a schedule. Wondering if they should do the whole bedtime routine? It's kind of a lot thought with bath time, then sleep sack, then bottle and then usually boob before bed. What do you guys do?
