Can you have sex in first trimester of pregnancy? I’m just really scared I’ll start bleeding etc?

It’s completely safe, and also very light spotting after is normal and not dangerous at all (if spotting happens after it’s just coming from your cervix, which is extra tender right now, and not from inside your uterus).
