FTM QUESTION🐘

Ok so I had my first baby in July 2018 and he is breastfed only! I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 in December but that ended in a miscarriage 😢. I got the copper IUD but it was horrible so I took it out days after getting it. I had a period in January, February, and March's period came 3 days early but was normal.....then I stopped bleeding for a few days and now it seems I'm on another period just days after ending my last one. Is this normal? Are my hormones just settling from the miscarriage and IUD and breastfeeding....? Just need advise please!!!!
