Power Pumping
So my little one is 3 weeks old and going thru a growth spurt or something bc she just wants to eat and eat... anyways, i was going to start power pumping to mimic “cluster feeding” and produce more milk. For those of u who have power pumpped, how often did u do it thru out the day? Is it just 1x a day or everytime you pumped? I know that u have to pump for 20min then rest for 10 and then pump for 10 and so on for a total of 1hr...
