I really need some advice from all you lovely ladies, I've been looking into this for months on end now and just need to go for it so made an appointment on Friday to discuss about getting it. I can't do hormones at all, been with my partner for 4 years and we always use condoms or would just be nice not to if you know what I mean.

Basically what was your experience with the fitting? Me having to feel the strings freaks me out is this something I habe to do and will my partner feel it? Has anyone expelled it and can you tell? Can you actually feel it inside you as if I could I don't think I could live with that.
