Can anyone help with maternity pay?

Question

Right I only work one shift a week at my job 7hours. 
I’ve gone onto the GOV website and filled in the calculator and it’s says I’ll be entitled to maternity allowance. 
However I don’t understand it all
It’s given me 4 options of what I’d be entitled too. 
First time mom so I’m so unsure of what I’ll even get if anyone could help me that would be great.

I’m from the uk (Newcastle) and as long as you’ve earned at least £33 per week for 26 weeks of your 66 week test period you’re entitled to £145 per week or 90% of your weekly wage, whichever is less! If you find the handbook it has your test period etc in! Also give them a ring they’re so helpful, they sorted mine out for me and told me what I need to send off. There’s a big pack on the government website you have to print, then you have to send it off with 8 weeks worth of payslips and your MATB certificate. If you need anymore info message me x
