39+3 anyone else’s cervix closed?

I feel like I’m going to be pregnant FOREVER. Had some contractions last week and was getting optimistic for maybe giving birth soon...
Went to my midwife appointment this morning and asked for a sweep. She tried to do one but said I’m still completely closed so she couldn’t. 😭😩
Anyone else in this position? If you’ve had your baby, what worked to get things going? I’m taking primrose oil, drinking raspberry leaf tea, eating pineapple and having sex and so it’s so discouraging to hear my cervix isn’t dilated at all!!
Any advice??

Yup, 40 + 6 and as of yesterday I was closed, posterior and firm.
Induction booked for sat... not expecting anything before then 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yea I hear you, I’m 40+2 and still closed as of this morning :( I’m doing all that too, sometimes baby just isn’t ready.
My induction is scheduled for next Wednesday, still holding out hope that I will go naturally though.

I'm 39+5 and Friday I was 1cm and really posterior 😅 
I'm paranoid I'm leaking water today and have started having some harsher cramping so I'm hoping 😅 but really dont wanna to to the hospital to be told I'm just having discharge lol

Same place, so no advice. Had an "induction massage" last week. Clearly that didn't help. As of last week, everything was sealed shut. I have an appointment tomorrow so we'll see if I've made any progress. I kinda doubt it. I'm afraid this is going to become a mid April baby at the current rate. I don't want to have to be induced because of the risks, but I also know there are risks associated with being way overdue. And I'm already stressed about the amount of movement. I don't think I can sit around for another two weeks wondering if the baby is moving enough or if my placenta is dying.

No advice because I’m in the same exact boat. I actually just posted about it lol it’s the most frustrating thing ever. I’ll be induced on or before next Friday April 5th if no progress is made 😤 the thought of possibly being pregnant for another week and 3 days drives me crazy! Here’s to hoping for some change for the both of us 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I also have no advice lol I’m 40+4 and completely closed. Had an appointment the other day and dr said I’m finally 70% effaced which is good considering prior to that I was firm. I’ve just been trying to walk more, have sex more, and bounce on my yoga ball. Someone told me to try walking up hills and inclines or walk up and down your stairs at home. Somehow it’s supposed to help🤷🏼‍♀️. I’ve also been harvesting colostrum for awhile now to help with nipple stimulation as well as having it Incase my baby doesn’t latch or if something g else goes wrong. I have an induction set for April 2nd

39+5 here and my cervix is closed too! 😭
Dr typically induces @ 41 weeks but is going on vacation so is going to push it to 41+5 so he can be back. This was a joint decision between him and us though. I don’t want to have my baby without him if at all possible! 
since I’m closed up tight he isn’t a fan of trying to induce/rush bc I’ve had no problems so far (like the near perfect pregnancy...) and he is afraid trying to force it will only end up in CSection land and we both want to avoid that! 
But I want her out! I want to see her! 
I’m also officially burning precious maternity leave 😭 
The struggle is real!
