Can roughhousing hurt the baby?

I’m 13 weeks and my boyfriend constantly tries to play like he will tickle me for straight up 20 minutes straight no matter how many times I tell him to stop and then I will be trying to squirm to get away and so we end up wrestling and I’m dead serious telling him to stop but he won’t cause I end up laughing cause it actually makes me so mad and he tickles me so he thinks I’m enjoying it but IM NOT and I’m just worried the baby can be hurt from this.

Like seriously so so worried I could cry. It pisses me off.
