Has anyone had birth control cause early miscarriage

I had our second miscarriage end of February. Found out March 5th that it was a miscarriage. I was light bleeding from end of February until today.

Anyway so we were having unprotected sex until the second week of March when I started birth control again. Yes while still bleeding. Anyway. I had always had faint positive pregnancy tests after the miscarriage. Figured normal. 5 days ago I had a blazing positive test and a blood hcg if 144. Way higher than it was at ultrasound. 3 days ago I passed a small round ball. Like 3/4mm. Enough I noticed it.

Now the tests are getting fainter. My dr sucks and won’t do anything to help me find out angthing or why I am still bleeding.

Has anyone had the mini pill cause a miscarriage? I know it thins the lining of your uterus to prevent implantation. So I am curious if that could be a reason why I miscarried again (if I am right and we were pregnant right away again).
