Best diapers for a moving baby?

My daughter is 7 months. She's not quite crawling yet, but she does roll around a lot and turn herself in different directions. We've been using Parent's Choice because 1) they're cheap and 2) they don't make her break out. Here lately (with the more moving she does), she's been peeing through the leg holes. She's in a size 3 and has been for about two months, but is nowhere near ready to move up a size. We've been thinking about switching brands. What works best for your babies on the move?
