HELP - My baby has only slept in my arms or right next to me for the past 3 months !

Has anyone been successful with transitioning their baby from their arms to sleep in their crib or bassinet?? My baby will only sleep in my arms or right next to me in bed or in the baby carrier. We did go through a terrible colic stage and she suffers with reflux so when we finally got her to sleep we wouldn’t move but now I’m dying to have her sleep on her own especially for daytime naps ! Looking for advice ! How early can you sleep train ??!
