Any tips to help lose a little weight during the first trimester? I'm 6w5d, 5'3 and weigh 226 as of this morning. Diet tips, exercises, anything! I've been doing cardio 3-4 days a week since before I found out I was pregnant, but have a really hard time with losing weight. My mom had gestational diabetes with all 3 of her children and I don't want to risk it. I also have hyperinsulinemia, and was already administered a glucose test at 6 weeks. I'm a FTM and have no idea where to start or what can help.
