Okay so my 4 month old had watery eyes , cough , runny nose , sneezing && he threw up one day so I took him to the hospital they said he had a cold he didn’t have chest congestion till the next day && he’s had it since so he’s been having it for like 5 days should I bring him to his pediatrician will they prescribe him anything ? He still has cough && runny nose too
