Clumpy discharge. Yeast infection?

I have been having clumpy discharge on and off for about 5 years. It has increased within the last couple of years, and I have it every week. I have NEVER had any itching, burning, or redness at all.

But I know it is likely to be yeast, because it matches pictures I've seen of yeast infections (like cottage cheese) and has a light odor similar to sourdough bread.

How can I get rid of this? I clean myself everyday, wear cotton underwear, and do not use any scented products in or near my vagina. I do not go to the beach or wear wet clothing, and the pants I wear are fairly loose. I don't get why I have yeasty discharge so often.
