So on Monday on got the implanton birth control in my arm the process was alright I couldn’t feel anything of course because the numbing needle did its job, the doc put it lower in my arm than they did last time I asked why she said because they think putting it lower will prevent issues and she explained to me how they girl got the implant and it traveled to her lung n she almost died I was like GREAATT so towards the end i was bleeding ALOTTTTT n she was like this is normal and she goes on to tell me “I cut into one of your blood vessels causing immediate bruising” so we were done n I was lightheaded because all the blood lost n i went home n I was like oh okay I didn’t know what she was talking about until I finally looked into the mirror with my arm up this bruise was dark dark DARK purple now it got lighter n it hurts so bad I can’t move my arm back or basically put force on it which is stressing me I’m overthinking I’m lose my arm because this lady cut my blood vessel I know I’m over thinking but like still this is unexpected they need to get professional people to do this I overheard the doc say “oh anything can do this it’s so easy” while talking to another nurse, tell me what you think ladies!!
