This is my fourth time being pregnant (2 losses, 1 live daughter) and will be my first time going for a really early scan!! I’m going in on April 11, I’ll be 7weeks 1 day and I am SO EXCITED.

There’s a little bit of a dark cloud around any of my pregnancies because of previous losses, but I always try to stay positive until I have a reason not to.

The early scan I’m excited, the next scan around 10 weeks is the one I’m nervous about.

My last pregnancy we went for a scan at 11 weeks just for reassurance because my midwife couldn’t find the heartbeat on the doppler at our first appointment (which is quite normal anyway) and that’s when we found out our baby had Turner Syndrome and was most likely going to pass away before being born, and we made the decision to end the pregnancy.

But either way I can’t wait to see our little bean for the first time in just two weeks! 😁😁
