Noom?

Anyone try Noom for weight loss??  How was your experience?

I just looked it up now bc I had never heard of it. I think I use something similar but it comes with nutrition, support and fitness programs for less. But I don’t know enough about Noom to really compare, never tried it sorry.

I have never used noom as I felt it was a bit to much money for what it was offering.  I do use the eMeals app (which cost the same for a year as noom does for a month) to help plan healthy meals.  I use the quick and healthy meal plan and input everything into a fitness app. I like it is since it is very easy to choose my meals and then the app makes my shopping list that I can upload for store pick(it takes like 10 minutes a week plus pick up.) We are on the 2-3 person plan and it is enough for two servings plus 2 servings of leftovers for lunch (sometimes we do have to add a bit extra protein but it is easy to do).  Everything is yummy, we find ourselves wanting to make the meals and eating out or resorting to connivence food less since we have the ingredients and everything on our plan takes 30 minutes or less to make.  A plus is our grocery bill has gone down since we are wasting less and have more of plan to stick to!  I couple that with cardio and online yoga/pilates videos and it seems to be working well!
