Wondering if there is anyone else dealing with this issue also...
I’m 4 weeks and 3 days today 🙌🏼 also high risk, but I’m also already over weight and I’m only gonna start gaining more. My emotions already are outta wack.
I just wanna know if anyone is or has done safe workouts and lost some lbs during pregnancy? To be a healthy weight?
