How far along am I really?

Question

Using the nurture app it did connect with my eve app when logging in so it says I’m 12 weeks and 4 days. But when using another app it says long in the 1st of my last period n calculated that I’m 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant 👀🤰🏽.
Am I tripping or could I be farther along than I thought I was?

go to a normal calendar. based off of the first day of your last period, count that as day one and then count to today-thats how far along you are (: if you dont know when your last period is. your doctors should have done a scan by now, and they will be able to measure baby and the sac and can tell you that way.
