11 weeks and 4 days, cramping?

Has anyone experienced heavy cramps, they’re not enough to cause any real pain but they’re pretty uncomfortable, I’m thinking it might just be from too much activity in the last couple days, but I don’t know for sure. Any thoughts/experiences

In my research I have found that cramps can be common due to your uterus and fetus growing and your skin as long as everything else explaining more than it has before. As long as it is not as severe as your period cramps then you should be okay, but if you are truly concerned and in pain contact your ObGyn for information and a checkup.
