HELP HELP

So I need some help. I’m about 125 pounds, 5” and I’m 16. I’ve been working out for the past 8 months. I’m trying to lose weight and I just can’t. My weight isn’t moving at all and I don’t know what to do and how I can help it. I do cardio and lift, I eat 3 meals a day I try to eat salad everyday for lunch. My body is very square and I want to get some hips. I was bulimic for two years and I haven’t done anything like that for about 2 years. I don’t want to go back to that so if anyone has any advice that would be great. :)
