Period pls

Ok so I’ve been on birth control for about a little over 3 months now so since November. And I haven’t had my period since December. And when I had my period I had for like 10 days. So I wasnt going through that again. So when January came around, I didn’t take the placebo week and skipped to my next pack. Then I took it when February came and it never came. I have had sex since my last period but I ALWAYS use condoms. So did I throw my period off or am I pregnant? Now I’m super worried, am I need help!!!!
