Twins?

Anyone here expecting twins? Just curious how you’re feeling! Just found out today and it explains why I’m so miserable.

7w4d! I definitely didn’t have this level of symptoms with my first. My hcg levels were rising really nicely and high as well. My first two ultrasounds, we only saw 1 sack. Today, we discovered a second with a heart beat and an empty third! Haha

I am! 8 weeks 2 days today :) And i 2nd the it all makes sense why i feel so crappy and exhausted!! But im so excited!!

Me 🙋🏻‍♀️ SUPER exhausted and would probably think I have the flu if I didn’t know I was pregnant lol I’ll be 7 weeks tomorrow hopefully this sickness doesn’t last very long 😩

I’ve been so different this pregnancy and have had suspicions of twins. I’m exactly 5 weeks today and had an ultrasound to see if it’s ectopic (it’s not) and she only located one GS, but I’m not sure if she was looking for more and just making sure there wasn’t one in my tubes? I’ve been all over miserable, BFP 8 DPO which also matches with the measurement of GS today. I’ve literally felt cramping and “something in there” localized on one side before I even got my BFP and it’s gradually becoming more intense. This was not at all how I was with my first. I know each pregnancy is different but for some reason things are pointing towards twins for me. High levels - HCG was 3,280 at 4w3
I wish I had asked her today if she can find more than one, but I was just happy nothing was ectopic.
