This depends on soooooo many factors. Are you underweight? Overweight? Experiencing really bad morning sickness?  First time pregnancy?  Third pregnancy?
Don’t rely on what people are saying and assume it will be the same for you. 
And average, healthy weight, first time mom should be between 0-5 lbs in the first trimester.
