I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some Keto diet meals. I’m new to this. I’ve never tried it before but I’m looking to lose weight. I weigh 300lbs & I’m 5’4. I OfCourse plan on exercising as well. I was also thinking of meal prepping. Any suggestions/ideas are welcomed! Thank you in advance.
