AF 3 day late

I'm 38 had surgery 2 months ago to remove a 8cm cyst in my right tube my last AF was completely normal I'm 3 day late but around lunch time I noticed a very tinny amount of brown blood on the paper it's been on and off all afternoon and I can't get into Dr till Monday has been a bit painful on one side what do you think it could be
