Is this normal?

Apologies in advance if this is TMI....

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and my nipples have already changed quite a bit - yesterday I noticed a small yellow ‘spot’ on my right nipple and very gently nudged it with my nail and a small yellow lump came out (almost like a pimple). No pain nothing large so I didn’t think much of it.

Then this morning my left one had a few yellow dots so I very lightly pressed and a few more little ‘lumps’ popped out.

Any ideas?

I feel like it’s a bit early for any kind of discharge and even then I expected liquid when it did eventually happen?
