Hot flashes with lupron
Hi everyone! I am prepping for a FET in April and just started the lupron injections a few days ago. I have been getting major night sweats, hot flashes and insomnia. Any tips for managing the symptoms and getting better sleep? I’m using calm sleep stories and the usual tips for sleep hygiene, but these night sweats are intense!
