7w5d erratic nosebleeds

So I started having nose bleeds around when I found out I was pregnant back at 4 weeks. They have been less than 10 mins long and kind of light, however yesterday I had a pretty crazy nose bleed, it was 10 mins long and had a few larger than 1/2 inches blood clots. This morning less than 12 hours later I had a second nose bleed, with about a 2 inch super thick blood clot! I mean I'm glad I'm not bleeding from my vag of course but these nose bleeds are kicking my ass. Anyone else getting nose bleeds?
